Wedding Terms & Conditions


A fee of £50 is required to secure your booking.

A date is not secure until the booking fee is received and a delay may result in the date becoming unavailable.

The £50 booking fee will be subtracted from your final payment.


You can book your consultation to discuss your requirements between9am-5pm Monday to Saturday, at Sincerely Yours 

(83, Blackburn road, Herne Bay, Kent Ct6 7ut) or your home address.

Although consultations are free of charge, travelling expenses will be charged if over 20 miles.

After your initial consultation, you will be supplied with an estimate (Usually within 48 hours)

We do not give a detailed estimate at time of consultation as we like to check all of our suppliers for the best quality, availability and lowest prices so that you get the very best value for your money.

We are happy to discuss and change any aspects of the estimate until the cut off point of 14 days prior to the wedding, when a final decision on your order must be made.

If you require flowers / sundries at your chosen service location/ reception venue, a visit to the location is recommended either with you or your wedding planner.

We are happy to arrange as many consultations with you as you see fit. An extra charge may be made for full re quotes.

We will endeavour to adhere to the prices quoted in you estimate as much as possible.

Please note that wholesale flowers prices can fluctuate due to adverse weather conditions and this could alter the prices quoted. If this is ever the case, we will try to advise you as soon as possible.


As flowers are a natural product, there are occasions that certain flowers, varieties or colours become unavailable. Whilst every effort will be made to source the chosen product, there may be occasions that we are physically unable to use a certain flower, therefore we cannot be held responsible if this happens for whatever reason.

We will endeavour to match the colour of the flowers/foliage that you request as closely to your colour choice.

However we cannot guarantee that the flowers/ foliage we order will be the exactly the colour you request and therefore, Sincerely Yours Florist accepts no responsibility if this is the case.

All fresh flowers are subject to availability and stringent quality checks. If this situation should occur, you will be informed as soon as possible to discuss a substitution.

Flowers will be ordered 14 days prior to the wedding date and any changes to the order must be made prior to this date.

Any cancellations made after the order is placed with the supplier will not be refunded and the items will become the property of the person placing the order.

Flower Order & Wedding details

Once you have decided what you would like to order, a printed copy will be given. A printed copy of all the wedding details will also be given.

It is the couple's responsibility to check that all details are correct. Any discrepancies must be brought to our attention immediately.

Once everything is checked and correct, a signature on a florist agreement will be required to confirm that you have read the Terms & Conditions and that all order/ wedding details are correct.

No order will be placed until the signed Florist agreement form is returned to us.

If any flowers are to be used that are dyed or sprayed with colour, Sincerely Yours Florist will accept no responsibility whatsoever should any dye or colour stain any clothing or material either owned by the couple, guests or venue.


The total price of your order includes delivery on the day to a maximum of 2 addresses within a 5 mile radius of Herne Bay, and is subject to a minimum order value of £300. Additional delivery addresses will be at our discretion and may be subject to an additional delivery charge.

Sincerely Yours Florist cannot accept any responsibility for flowers that do not look their best after delivery if they have not been kept in the best possible conditions.

Once the flowers have been delivered to the wedding party or venue, Sincerely Yours Florist will accept no further responsibility for the said flowers and sundries.

A signature will be required on delivery to state that you are satisfied and your flowers have arrived in good condition.

The pinning of buttonholes/corsages on dresses and suits is done at the wearers own risk. Sincerely Yours cannot be held responsible for any snagging, staining, or tearing to delicate materials by any pins or fastenings we supply.

Some plant material can be harmful if consumed. For young bridesmaids and page boys, please make them aware of the dangers of eating any elements of their flowers or buttonholes.

If any elements are being transported from one position to another by anyone other than Sincerely Yours staff , you do so at your own risk.

On setting up a venue it is the responsibility of the person who made the booking to make sure access and parking is available near the venue. Any parking charges will be chargeable.

Hired Items

Any hired item is subject to a £5 deposit per item.

Any breakages/ damages will be charged at full retail value (To be advised prior to hire)

All hired items are required to be returned to Sincerely Yours Florist within 72 hours. If items are returned any later than 72 hours, an invoice will be issued for the full retail value.

If you would like us to collect the hired items from the venue, a standard collection charge will be made.

On collection we will obtain a signed confirmation from the venue management to confirm the condition in which they were collected.

If any damages should occur, you will be sent an invoice for the full retail value.

Your hire deposit will be posted to you (cheque) within 48 hours of collection.


50% of the final order total is required 2 months prior to the wedding date. The final payment is due 1 month prior to the wedding (Minus the £50 booking fee)

Payments can be made via cash, cheque, bank transfer, Paypal, and all major Credit & Debit cards via a secure Paypal service.

Payment plans are available on request.

Sincerely Yours Florist reserves the right to cancel any wedding order, if payment is not received by the due dates. 

We will send out one reminder for payment on or near the due date.

We will not send out multiple reminders and we are not obliged to offer any compensation for inconvenience caused should your order be cancelled..


A binding contract will be entered into upon receipt of your booking fee.

All products remain the property of Sincerely Yours Florist until paid for in full.

Cancellations & Refunds

If for any reason you decide to cancel you wedding, the booking fee will become non refundable.

If you decide to postpone your wedding, we will hold your booking fee until a new date is planned.

Depending on the new date chosen, we may need to re quote.

If we are not available on your chosen date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus anything that has been made or purchased especially for you. I.e Wedding Invitations, Personalised items or sundries already purchased for you.

Cancellation of the wedding and subsequent refunds after the flowers have been ordered will be at the discretion of the florist.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

If the wedding is cancelled within 4 weeks of the wedding date and Sincerely Yours Florist is not informed, the flowers will become the property of the person who placed the order.

This does not affect you statutory rights.


In the likely event that your wedding is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will do our best to refund you  wherever possible. This will ,of course depend on each individual circumstance.

Privacy Policy

All personal information is collected so that we may process the order efficiently.

All information will be destroyed in accordance with the General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) 2018


A copy of our public liability insurance can be viewed .on request.

By paying the booking fee, you agree to the Terms & Conditions contained herein.
